Inter-regional Cooperation

In 2004 between the Minsk City Executive Committee and the People's Committee of Hanoi an Agreement on friendly relations and cooperation between the cities of Minsk and Hanoi was signed.

In 2014 and 2016 delegations of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee and the Minsk City Executive Committee visited Vietnam.

The Program of Cooperation to 2025 on the implementation of the Agreement on friendly relations and cooperation between Minsk and Hanoi is ready for signing.

The signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the People's Committee of Hyngyen Province and the Minsk Regional Executive Committee is being worked out.
