Inter-regional Cooperation

In 2004 between the Minsk City Executive Committee and the People's Committee of Hanoi an Agreement on friendly relations and cooperation between the cities of Minsk and Hanoi was signed.

On December 7, 2023, in Hanoi, as part of the official visit of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus, Roman Golovchenko to Vietnam, the Cooperation Program for 2024-2026 was signed. on the implementation of the Agreement on Friendly Relations and Cooperation between Minsk and Hanoi. 

On September 23, 2024, as part of the Minsk Days and the Belarusian-Vietnamese Business Forum in Ho Chi Minh City, the Program of Trade, Economic and Humanitarian Cooperation between Minsk and Ho Chi Minh City for 2024-2026 was signed.
