Born January 14, 1968, in Kobrin, Brest Region, Belarus.
Higher education: graduated from the Interpreters’ Department of the Minsk State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages in 1992, and from the Academy of Public Administration under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in 1995, specializing in public administration.

Speaks Belarusian, Russian, English and French.
