Participation of A. Sidoruk in a Solemn Reception Commemorating the Independence Day of Vietnam

On August 24, Consul General of Belarus Alexander Sidoruk attended a solemn reception commemorating the Independence Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The event was held with participation of the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, leadership of the Party Committee and the Department of Foreign Affairs, representatives of diplomatic missions and business community.

During the event, a working meeting was held with the Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ho Chi Minh City, Pham Dut Diem, to discuss key issues of bilateral cooperation.

A brief working exchange was also held with Nguyen Van Duoc, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, focusing on proposals to enhance cooperation between sister cities of Minsk and Ho Chi Minh.
