Participation in the “Diplomatic Walking Tours" еvent in Ho Chi Minh City

On July 25, Vice Consul of the General Consulate of the Republic of Belarus in Ho Chi Minh City took part in the “Diplomatic Walking Tours” event held to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the renaming of Saigon in honour of President Ho Chi Minh.

As part of the event, representatives of the diplomatic corps, Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and Ho Chi Minh City Department of Foreign Affairs walked through the city’s central streets, where they learned about sites associated with key events in the country’s history. Participants also visited the Friendship Monument, which symbolizes international cooperation.

The event was organized with the aim of strengthening mutual understanding and fostering friendly ties between the leadership of Ho Chi Minh City and the diplomatic missions accredited in the city.
