Video Conference Between Ho Chi Minh City Women’s Union and Minsk City Organization of the Belarusian Women’s Union

On July 9, facilitated by the Consulate General of the Republic of Belarus in Ho Chi Minh City, a video conference between the Minsk City Organization of the Belarusian Women’s Union and the Ho Chi Minh City Women’s Union took place.

Event was held to continue interaction established between the women's organizations of Belarus and Vietnam and was aimed at the development of humanitarian cooperation.

During the conference, the parties discussed promising directions of further cooperation, including holding of joint cultural and educational events, organization of online meetings, mutual visits of delegations, as well as the exchange of experience in the sphere of support for youth initiatives and public activity.

The participants emphasized the important role of women's organizations in strengthening public ties, preserving traditional values, and developing people's diplomacy. Mutual interest was confirmed in the continuation of regular contacts and the implementation of joint projects aimed at the further strengthening of Belarusian-Vietnamese cooperation.
