On the Meeting of Consul General A. Sidoruk with the Acting Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Foreign Affairs

On December 16, Consul General of the Republic of Belarus A. Sidoruk met with the Acting Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Foreign Affairs, Phạm Dứt Điểm.

During the talks, a wide range of issues of Belarusian-Vietnamese cooperation were discussed. A. Sidoruk emphasized interest in expanding practical cooperation, including political dialogue, trade and economic ties, and humanitarian interaction.

Particular attention was paid to deepening partnerships in the fields of economics, culture, education and science, developing interregional ties within the framework of the Minsk-Ho Chi Minh City Cooperation Program for 2024-2026.

Phạm Dứt Điểm noted the importance that Vietnam attaches to cooperation with Belarus, and readiness to maintain regular contacts and provide the necessary assistance to the Consulate General's activities.
