Cooperation Program between Minsk and Ho Chi Minh for 2024-2026 signed

Within the framework of the Minsk Days and the Belarus-Vietnam Business Forum in Ho Chi Minh City, the head of the Belarusian delegation, the First Deputy Chairperson of the Minsk City Executive Committee Mrs Nadzeya Lazarevich, held a bilateral meeting with the Deputy Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Mr Vo Van Hoan.

The interlocutors noted the friendly nature of the relations between Minsk and Ho Chi Minh City and the dynamically developing cooperation in various fields, outlining their mutual interest in its progressive expansion.

Nadzeya Lazarevich emphasized that the Belarus-Vietnam Business Forum is an excellent opportunity for business circles to communicate, exchange experiences and solve strategic partnership tasks. The Vietnamese counterpart confirmed that Ho Chi Minh City pays great attention to developing contacts between the business circles of the two countries, noting the interest in regularly holding joint events, exhibitions and expositions that would allow establishing contacts and opening up new horizons for business.

During the meeting, a signing ceremony of the Cooperation Program between Minsk and Ho Chi Minh City for 2024-2026 took place. The Program sets out specific activities and steps aimed at providing additional incentives for deepening cooperation between the sister cities, including in the trade and economic sphere.
