Consul General A. Sidoruk participated in Autumn Economic Forum in Ho Chi Minh City

On October 28, Consul General of Belarus A. Sidoruk attended the plenary session of the Autumn Economic Forum, themed “Convergence of New Global Growth Poles”, and the thematic session “Dialogue with the Prime Minister”, focusing on Vietnam’s role in development of global economy and technology in the future.

In his opening remarks to the Forum participants, Vietnamese Prime Minister Le Minh Hung emphasized the importance of developing economic and trade cooperation among countries, as well as promoting cooperation in the development of new technologies and innovative solutions for businesses.

Autumn Economic Forum is one of the major annual economic events in Ho Chi Minh City, aimed at promoting business cooperation, strengthening international economic ties, and expanding engagement among government agencies, the business community, and the international community.

Every year, Forum brings together representatives of relevant Vietnamese ministries and agencies, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, representatives of diplomatic missions accredited in the city, leaders of more than 1,000 Vietnamese companies and associations, as well as delegations from the United States, European Union countries, Brazil, China, Cambodia, Thailand, the Philippines, Myanmar, and Japan.
