Consul General A. Sidoruk meets with Business Circles of Hue City

On April 24, as part of the visit to Hue city, Consul General A. Sidoruk met with the leadership of the Hue City Business Association and representatives of 30 enterprises – members of the Association was held.

Hue City Business Association unites more than 900 enterprises and individual entrepreneurs of the city. The Association includes companies from the industrial, agricultural, food, construction, and logistics sectors.

As part of the meeting, trade and economic potential of the Republic of Belarus was presented to the enterprises – members of the Association. The presentation placed particular emphasis on the most promising areas of trade and economic cooperation between Belarus and Vietnam.

Additionally, a meeting was held with the leadership of the Hue Tourism Association and representatives of tourism companies – members of the Association. During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the cultural and tourism potential of Belarus and Hue city.

Discussion was focused on the expansion of bilateral tourist flows. The Vietnamese side expressed its interest in organizing a visit from Hue to tourism exhibitions in Belarus to gain deeper insight into the country’s cultural and tourism potential and promoting the tourism opportunities of Hue city.

The meetings underscored the interest of the city’s business circles in further development and deepening of bilateral cooperation in the business sphere between Hue city and the regions of Belarus.
