Consul General A.Sidoruk participated in the Friendship Dialogue 2026

On September 11, 2026, Alexander Sidoruk, Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Ho Chi Minh City, participated in the opening ceremony and business forum of the “Friendship Dialogue” event, held in 2026 under the topic “Diplomacy for Interregional and Economic Cooperation.”
Event was attended by leaders of the Party and People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the southern provinces of Vietnam, representatives of foreign delegations, diplomatic corps and business community.

Consul General also participated in a thematic session dedicated to the role of local authorities and institutions in stimulating investment and developing business and logistics relations between Ho Chi Minh City and foreign countries.

Working contacts were held with representatives of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and the Department of Foreign Affairs, local authorities, and businesses, during which development of interregional and economic cooperation, including cooperation between  sister cities Minsk and Ho Chi Minh City, was discussed. Participation in the event helped strengthen direct contacts with government authorities and business circles in the southern regions of Vietnam and promote promising areas of Belarusian-Vietnamese interregional and economic cooperation.
