Participation of Consul General A. Sidoruk in the Opening Ceremony of the “Ho Chi Minh City Export 2026” Exhibition

On October 22, Consul General of the Republic of Belarus in Ho Chi Minh City A.Sidoruk attended the opening ceremony of the “Ho Chi Minh City Export 2026” Exhibition. Сeremony was also attended by Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, Director of the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (Vietrade), leaders of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and Department of Foreign Affairs, representatives of the business community, and members of the Diplomatic Corps.

Reference: The “Ho Chi Minh City Export 2026” Exhibition brings together approximately 500 enterprises operating in the food industry, agriculture, light industry, and consumer goods manufacturing, as well as logistics and financial companies and representatives of e-commerce platforms. Trade visitors to the exhibition include representatives from the United States, European Union member states, Japan, the Republic of Korea, China, and ASEAN countries.

At the exhibition Consul General held meetings with Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, representatives of the leadership of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs and the Becamex Group.

During negotiations the parties exchanged views on prospects for expanding economic and trade cooperation between Belarus and Vietnam, establishing direct contacts between business communities of two countries, and promoting Belarusian products to Vietnamese market.
