On Participation in Memorial Events Dedicated to the Victims of Agent Orange in Vietnam

On August 10, Vice Consul of the Consulate General of Belarus in Ho Chi Minh Palina Karpava took part in a memorial event dedicated to the victims of Agent Orange in Vietnam.

The event took place at Dam Sen Cultural Park in Ho Chi Minh City and brought together over 5,000 participants. Representatives of the city's People's Committee, the Department of Foreign Affairs, and the diplomatic corps attended the ceremony. The honorary guests included former President of Vietnam Nguyen Minh Triet and former Vice President Truong My Hoa.

As part of the event, a memorial walk was held to show solidarity with the victims and support for their families.

The event highlighted the importance of international cooperation in providing assistance to Agent Orange victims and strengthening humanitarian ties between nations.
